How to limit advertising tracking on iPhone and iPad

Few recommandations to avoid tracking on Apple products

14 November 2018

If  you have an iPhone or an iPad, you may have noticed that ads in the applications you use are often linked to your other activities on your  phone. This is because of the advertising tracking that your iPhone allows. This tracking is used to offer you more targeted ads. However, there are some hidden functions that limit this tracking. Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to “Settings” then “Privacy”.

2. Go to “Advertising”

3. Check “Limit Ad Tracking” and click on “Reset Advertising Identifier…”.

4. Go to “Analysis” and uncheck “Share iPhone Analytics” and “Share iCloud Analytics”
