Anonymously, they talk to us about their motivation to use Qwant. Respect for their personal data, no tracing of their research&#8230; Qwant is the search engine that knows nothing about you, and for them, it changes everything!<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Qwant : \u00e0 la rencontre de ses utilisateurs anonymes\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/f87-H55oe8g?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><!--kg-card-begin: html--><!--kg-card-end: html--><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am a cybersecurity consulting engineer&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am a high school student in my final year and I am very interested in communication and I would like to make it my job.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I work in a bank specializing in business leaders and therefore the management of their wealth.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve been using Qwant for just over 3 years.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Qwant, I discovered that, I think around 2015, 2016.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I discovered on an article I read on the Internet that promoted a European French search engine and suddenly, I was quite interested.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Qwant interested me quite a bit because on the one hand it&#8217;s French, so I said to myself in terms of personal data management, we are still a little more protective. And then because it wasn&#8217;t these search engines, precisely American, who could monetize the data and do a lot of things that I&#8217;m not aware of.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I talked to my parents, my friends too.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve even talked about it in my professional sphere. For me, we are not sufficiently aware of the subject. Since it&#8217;s all virtual, people can&#8217;t understand what it implies, what it implies.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think we are all a little touched by the respect of our privacy, we like that what we do on the Internet, stays on the Internet and not disclose to the whole world.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Private life is a bit what we have left in the evening, when we have finished the working day, when we have seen a lot of people. That&#8217;s what we have left, that&#8217;s our secret garden. It&#8217;s intimate, it&#8217;s what we choose or not to present to people. It&#8217;s also something that is also somewhere secret.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In life, you don&#8217;t like to be hunted. Well, it&#8217;s like someone following me down the street, we wouldn&#8217;t like it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The protection, quite simply, of my personal data. I didn&#8217;t want to leave a trace, I wanted to have the most neutral results possible.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There are people who have nothing to hide. I often use the example. In this case, leave your door open and then let people in. And then privacy today, it&#8217;s something important.
